Parish Taceaux Announces New, Totally Awesome Menu Additions
At Parish Taceaux, we pride ourselves on continually surprising and delighting guests with our unique ingredients and flavors that turn tacos into TACEAUXS. The new additions to our regular menu are no exception, each packing a unique punch of flavor and an unforgettable experience in each bite.
Some dishes are traditionally inspired, like our new take on “Tinga.” The Smoked Chicken Tinga Quesadilla features the traditional tomato, onion, garlic, and chipotle stew, but with a twist of flavor from the smoked chicken.
The Pork Belly Pastor Taceaux is another classic. You might have seen Al Pastor on other menus…but wait until you try the Taceaux version! Adobo-rubbed pork belly, pineapple salsa, and chicarrones give this dish a flavor profile that will have you begging for more!
Other new additions offer health-conscious options without compromising on flavor, like our new Vegetarian Taceaux, which is anything but your plain grilled veggies. Featuring fried okra(!), street corn salsa, and queso blanco, this meal is sure to satisfy your Taceaux cravings. Local blogger Jada Durden called it the “bees knees,” saying “It doesn’t feel like you are eating a vegetarian dish – it’s hearty and has a great texture thanks to the fried okra and corn.”
Another light option is our Blackened Salmon Salad, combining mixed greens, lime agave vinaigrette, jicama, orange, and cucumber with blackened salmon to create a fantastic summer salad that will hit the spot for any meal. One of our new favorites is the Burnt End Salad, which introduces North Louisiana to the smoky, spicy flavor of burnt ends – all the rage in the barbeque world – and now they’re taking on the Taceaux.
As always, we’re happy to pair each dish with the right beverage from our one of our local breweries to complete the perfect storm of flavors. We can’t wait to introduce you to our new dishes. Come on by soon!
